REFUND POLICY:

Pre-registration with payment is due three (3) days prior to class meeting. Participants who officially withdraw three (3) days prior to the first class will receive a full refund. Refunds less 25% administrative charge will be granted with official withdraw one to two (1-2) days prior to the first class. No refund will be granted on or after the first class unless approved by the director of the Small Business Development Center.
